TimeLink Pyramid Dawn Launches Progressive Jackpot Slot
Light & Wonder has launched TimeLink Pyramid Dawn, the first release in a new slot franchise from Lightning Box, introducing a hybrid system built around scalable progressive jackpots.
The title combines multiple gameplay features with a structured jackpot model that could develop into a wider network if expanded beyond its initial rollout.

A New Progressive Jackpot Network with Scalable Potential
At the centre of TimeLink Pyramid Dawn is a layered jackpot system featuring Mega, Grand, and Major progressive tiers, alongside fixed Mini and Minor prizes. The progressive jackpots reseed automatically after each win, following a structure similar to established systems but within a more limited launch environment.
Currently available exclusively through Caesars in select North American markets, the release represents an early-stage deployment rather than a fully connected network. However, if expanded across additional operators and titles, it could evolve into a broader progressive jackpot with trackable growth, payout patterns, and behaviour over time.
The game also introduces a perceived persistence mechanic designed to extend gameplay sequences. Active Rings can hold for multiple spins, while Scatter Train combinations trigger respins that can repeat wins up to nine times, creating longer cycles of activity within a single session.
Michael Maokhamphiou, Studio Director at Lightning Box, said: “TimeLink Pyramid Dawn is an exciting first step for this new franchise. We have built a mechanic that keeps momentum high across gameplay while combining it with jackpots and features that add real commercial weight for our operator partners.”
The hybrid structure, combining fixed and progressive prizes within the same feature set, reflects a growing trend in slot design where studios balance frequent payouts with access to higher-value jackpots.
While still in its early stages, TimeLink Pyramid Dawn signals the potential arrival of another scalable jackpot system, one that could become increasingly relevant for players and analysts tracking how progressive networks develop over time.
