Live Game Tracker Methodology
CasinoTrackpot’s live casino game trackers display recorded results, bonus round outcomes, multipliers and statistics from supported live games. We receive the game data through third-party collection systems before using our own filtering system, calculations and display tools to organise and display that information.
This page explains where all of that data comes from, what our statistics represent and the limitations that you need to consider when using them.
Where Our Game Data Comes From
We have formed partnerships with third-party collection systems to supply the results used by our live game trackers. However, CasinoTrackpot has developed the filtering and presentation of this data, along with the calculations that are used to produce our historical averages and percentages.
The stat and results feed covers each completed round of the supported game or table while collection is operating. This includes both the standard game results and any bonus rounds or features, rather than only selected wins or unusually large payouts.
Coverage relates to the specific game or table identified on the tracker. Results from one table should not be treated as the history of another version of the same game, especially if that game has a localised version in operation.
We do not publish the identities of those who supply our data or the technical details of their collection systems. We do however explain how readers should interpret our statistics and results without disclosing those confidential commercial relationships.
What We Record
The information we have available varies between the games and feeds. Our tracked records include:
- The game result and its recorded time.
- The final multiplier that was associated with the result.
- The type of bonus triggered and the recorded bonus outcome.
- Where supplied, the total payout information.
Some of the trackers that we feature will also display additional game-specific information. These can include things such as top slot results, winning-player counts or individual bonus outcomes.
It should be noted that due to each game being different, a field that is available for one may not be available for another. A recorded total payout for a round or bonus should also be read according to its label. The amount shown is not necessarily the total that has been won by one player or the net profit of everyone who participated in that round.
Updates and Reporting Periods
The live results featured on any of our game trackers update automatically in real time as new information and data reach our platform.
“Real time” does not mean that every result appears without any delay. The collection, transmission and final processing can affect when any of the completed rounds become visible. If there are any connection interruptions, this may also prevent the tracker from receiving new results.
Users and visitors to our platform and trackers can select different reporting periods to examine recent activity. The available filters can vary between our trackers, with some of these offering reporting periods of up to 30 days.
The statistics that are displayed will relate to the selected period in the filter and the records available within it. Changing the filter will alter the dataset being examined, so counts, percentages and averages may change too.
The presence of a reporting-period option does not always guarantee uninterrupted coverage throughout that selected time frame. Where data is missing, the available records provide a partial view only.
How We Calculate Statistics
CasinoTrackpot calculates all averages and percentages from the recorded data used by each tracker.
The result counts show how often an outcome appears within the selected dataset. Frequencies describe its share of the relevant recorded rounds. Bonus statistics describe the bonus occurrences and outcomes recorded during that time frame.
The average multipliers shown summarise the recorded outcomes that are included in the relevant calculation. They are not based only on the largest or most impressive wins.
If there is an instance where a relevant recorded outcome can be zero, it is always included rather than removed to increase the average. Some bonus features will always award a positive result, so a zero outcome does not apply to any of those features.
All averages shown are sensitive to the number of recorded outcomes and the size of individual results. So, just keep in mind that one unusually large multiplier can substantially increase an average, particularly if you have filtered the results to a short reporting period.
For those bonus rounds or features where players can receive different outcomes in the same bonus round, the tracker’s recorded stats should not be interpreted as a return achieved by every participating player.
What Our Multipliers Mean
The payout multipliers which are displayed by our live game trackers always exclude the original stake.
For example, a displayed result of a 10x payout multiplier represents winnings equal to ten times the relevant bet, with the original stake treated separately under the game’s rules.
A multiplier will always describe the relevant winning outcome of that particular round. It does not account for any money that a player may have wagered on other selections that lost during the same round.
Consequently, a large multiplier on one selection does not establish that every player in that round made a profit or that any type of betting strategy was profitable overall.
Bonus Gaps and “Most Overdue” Labels
Some of our trackers will show how many recorded rounds have passed since a bonus feature last appeared.
Where a tracker identifies a “most overdue” bonus, it compares the current gap with the bonus’s expected landing probability. Bonuses with different probabilities are therefore not judged solely by the same number of rounds without a hit.
These labels describe recorded history. They do not, under any circumstances mean that a bonus round is owed to players or has become more likely to appear on the next spin or game.
Terms such as “predictor”, “overdue” or “heating up”, where used on our pages, do not indicate access to future results. It is used just for terminology purposes, and the tracker cannot know the next outcome before it occurs.
Always remember that a historical gap should never be treated as a reason to begin playing, increase stakes or continue playing beyond any planned limits that you have set for yourself.
Missing Data and Interruptions
If any of our feeds stop supplying results, a gap will appear in the tracker’s coverage.
These gaps do not mean that no rounds took place or that a bonus failed to appear during that time. It means that the tracker does not have the corresponding records available to list within the results.
Missing data can affect result counts, frequencies, averages and the apparent length of a bonus gap. If a bonus occurred during an interruption, the visible history may not capture it, although, where possible, we do aim to fill in any of this missing data if we can do so accurately.
Our figures depend entirely on the availability and accuracy of the records supplied to us. Differences between CasinoTrackpot and another online tracker can arise from different tables, reporting periods, available records or the times that any of the results have been updated.
What These Trackers Can Tell You
Our live game trackers help visitors to the site and members explore recorded outcomes, compare bonus activity and understand how results varied during a selected period.
The trackers do not predict future outcomes, establish that a game is ready or due to pay, or guarantee the success of a particular betting strategy. The result frequencies and average multipliers shown are also not equivalent to observed RTP, which requires appropriate stake and payout totals.
