Mega Round Multipliers Explained

Mega Baccarat is all about the multipliers, and what’s great is that, roughly, 25% of all rounds will end up activating the Mega Multipliers! When activated, the game’s random number generator will randomly assign a multiplier value to one or more of the bet spots. This could, for example, be just the Tie spot, or Tie + Banker, or Tie + Player, etc.

The multiplier values can be worth as little as 2x and as much as 100x, although, in our experience, the most common multipliers you’ll see are worth 3x, 4x, and 5x. Now, once multipliers are in play, any bet that has an active multiplier attached to it has its payout increased if it wins. We should also point out that the multiplier multiplies the win amount, not including your returned stake.

Payouts, Probabilities, & RTP

Mega Baccarat is relatively straightforward to understand and play, and, fittingly, the payouts, probabilities, and RTPs are also easy to get your head around. The game offers a few different betting options, the first of which is the Player Bet. This pays out at 1:1 and has a house edge of 1.24%, making it one of the best bets not just in this game but in the casino world as a whole! In fact, the RTP works out to about 98.76% with this bet!

Now, the second bet is the Banker Bet, and this pays out at 0.95:1, meaning you get 95% of your stake as profit. The house edge for this bet is even lower, at 1.06%, which equates to an RTP of 98.94%. As it’s a slightly more favourable bet, the casino takes a small commission from banker bets.
